We want you to be happy with what you buy from Bamboo Labs LLC. This policy explains how refunds and returns work for our digital subscriptions and for physical products sold through the MadeBearyWell store. Because digital services and physical goods work differently, each has its own rules below.
To start a refund or return, email support@bamboolabsllc.com with your order number or account email and a short description of the issue. If you bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds for those purchases are handled by that store.
Digital Subscriptions and Software
Cancel anytime. You can cancel a subscription whenever you like from your account settings or the app store you subscribed through. Cancellation stops future renewals, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
No partial-period refunds. We generally do not refund the unused part of a billing period after a renewal, but you keep access until that period ends.
Accidental or duplicate charges. If you were charged in error, charged twice, or charged right after canceling, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right, including a full refund of the mistaken charge.
Something not working. If a paid feature is not working as described and we cannot resolve it, contact us and we will work with you on a fair fix, which may include a refund.
App store purchases. Subscriptions bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play follow that store's refund process. We are glad to help you understand your options, but the store issues those refunds.
Physical Products (MadeBearyWell Store)
Return window. You may request a return of most physical items within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging where possible.
How to start. Email support@bamboolabsllc.com with your order number before shipping anything back, and we will send return instructions.
Refund method and timing. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the return. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to post the credit.
Return shipping. For a standard change-of-mind return, you are responsible for return shipping. If an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund.
Damaged or defective items. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we will make it right.
Non-returnable items
Some items cannot be returned once opened or used, for safety, hygiene, or licensing reasons. This can include items marked final sale, gift cards, and downloadable content. Any such limits are noted on the product page at the time of purchase.
Give 1 and Donated Radios
Purchases that fund a donated radio through the CommsForAll Give 1 program help put devices in the hands of people who need them. If you return a qualifying bundle, the refund applies to the item you bought; the donated portion, once fulfilled, supports the program and is not separately refundable.
Chargebacks
If something looks wrong with a charge, please contact us first. We can almost always resolve billing issues faster and more fully than a chargeback, and it helps us keep prices fair for everyone.
